Stephanie Gannon, Ph.D., brings a wide variety of areas of ex pertise to her executive coaching process and over twenty years of experience as a psychologist and coach. She has extensive experience in both corporate and non-profit organizations. Stephanie has been consulting for JP Morgan Chase for over fifteen years assisting executives in creating and implementing development strategies for career advancement and counseling employees in career transitions.
Stephanie has headed their Career Services internship program providing mentoring and supervision of counselors who are at the Doctoral and Masters-level of education. Stephanie’s background includes providing feedback and executive coaching for the Center for Creative Leadership and working at Citigroup conducting workshops and senior management briefings on organizational change, team building and stress management. She has worked with executives in a wide range of organizations including financial services, insurance, accounting, pharmaceutical, telecommunicatons and media companies as well as in hospital and university settings. Stephanie is certified in numerous assessment tools including Profilor, Benchmarks, MBTI, FIRO-B, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), Conflict Dynamics Profile, Workforce Big Five, and CPI. Stephanie has given many presentations on career management for organizations including the New York Bar Association and the Financial Women’s Association and has appeared on CNN discussing Women in Transition. Stephanie is a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from New York University. She received her B.S. degree in Anthropology from Columbia University. Stephanie resides in New York.
