Paul is a managing partner in Impact Training & Development where
he manages client relations and program design. Paul's work history
includes 15 years as a successful trainer, coach and management
consultant for Fortune 100, large, small, and mid sized organizations,
as well as public sector organizations. He also spent many years in
teaching and management positions in both public and private higher
education. His specialty is in helping organizations identify critical
areas for change in the leadership realm, as well as in the design and
development of programs and services to assist organizations with bench
strength, critical individual career transitions, organizational
development, and team building. His roles have included both internal
and external consultancies. He has worked intensely with intact teams,
as well as trained with large audiences of over 100.
In private consultation he has worked with a variety of
clients in the areas of building effective teams, group dynamics,
organizational culture, and systems development. He has worked with a
vast number of organizations including PepsiCo, ASEC/Delphi, Xerox, The
Pepsi Bottling Group, Federal Bureau of Reclamation, The Kohler
Company, Verizon, Prudential and many others.
Paul received a Masters degree from Penn State where he
concentrated in Educational Psychology and Adult Learning. Paul has
received a variety of awards from professional organizations in higher
education. These have been for his service, as well as his training and
development activities. He enjoys time with his family, and is very
active in the outdoors, including fly-fishing, hunting, and camping.
Paul has done extensive work with global leadership teams in
the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia. He brings a wealth of business
knowledge and leadership expertise to the organizations and individuals
with whom he works.
