Impact works with a wide variety of skilled professionals who bring their talent and expertise to our clients as adjunct faculty. Many of our adjunct faculty have obtained Doctoral and/or Master's degrees in Business, Psychology, or Organizational Development. All of our adjunct faculty members have worked in Fortune 100 corporations as internal or external consultants, facilitators and trainers. Many are multilingual and have worked in global settings in different industries. Impact's coaching network is comprised of experienced professionals with in-depth experience coaching executives at many levels within large and small organizations. Each coach brings their own areas of expertise and skill to the coaching process. Most of Impact's coaches hold Master's and/or Doctoral degrees in Business, Psychology, or Organizational Development. Many are multilingual and have worked in global settings in a wide variety of industries. All of Impact's coaches are highly trained in behavioral leadership assessments and have many years of experience providing career coaching advice to executives. Additionally they are experts at guiding executives through a process of setting goals, writing development plans and building accountability systems to insure success.
