Marsha Hoch is an executive coach with over 20 years experience as a proven business leader in Human Resources management, leadership development, and strategic coaching assignments. Marsha has extensive experience in coaching executives one-on-one, and works with senior management teams, high potential leaders, and entrepreneurs. Her approach reinforces coaching and feedback by creating a cycle of action and learning that leads to a sustained, effective improvement in performance. Combining stakeholder feedback with focused coaching sessions, she works with her clients to accelerate development while improving performance and business results. With her unique background, Marsha has a strong understanding of business drivers, human resource management and coaching expertise. Her skills in these areas have enabled her to contribute in a variety of assignments, including custom training design and delivery, meeting facilitation and leadership coaching. As a senior vice president with JPMorgan Chase, she led business aligned human resources functions, with responsibility for all aspects of HR management in global businesses, including Investment Banking, Equities and Operating Services. Marsha is an ICF-credentialed coach, holds an MBA from Rutgers University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
