Linda Bodnar, Ph.D., brings many years of experience working within corporations to her coaching practice with executives. She is an executive coach and organization development consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in developing and implementing approaches for improving management, executive, and organizational effectiveness. Linda has worked with large, medium-sized and small companies in financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, professional services and non-profit organizations.
Linda's areas of expertise include executive coaching, organizational assessment/development, team building, performance management, multi-rater feedback, and career planning. Linda has been coaching managers and executives since 1994, first as an internal coach and then in the role of an external coach starting in 2002. She has successfully coached over 150 individuals across the full range of potential coaching situations: helping new executives to more quickly become valuable contributors to business performance, coaching high potential leaders as well as seasoned executives, and working with struggling leaders to create a turn-around. With a focus on leveraging strengths and finding techniques to manage development areas, she incorporates assessment, feedback, and action planning to assist executives in attaining lasting improvements in their leadership performance. Prior to her current coaching and consulting practice, Linda was Vice President, Management Development, at Prudential Financial. Previous roles include various management and internal consulting positions at Prudential Financial, Nabisco, and NYNEX (now Verizon). Linda received her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certificate, as well as certifications in a number of assessment and 360-degree feedback tools including Hogan Assessments, CCL Benchmarks, and PDI Profilor. Linda resides in New Jersey.
