Impact Leadership Development Group was founded in 1994 by Brian F. Hall, PhD of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The company began as a sole proprietorship and focused primarily on individual leadership development interventions for a handful of corporate clients including Exxon, Oldsmobile, Times Mirror, EDS, McCann Erickson Worldwide and some local government agencies. Dr. Hall was inspired to create the firm based upon his years as a leadership educator while serving as an officer at the United States Air Force Academy, and as an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership. Brian's philosophy is to engage participants in active learning that is realistic and directly applicable. This approach rapidly gained acceptance and recognition resulting in unprecedented growth in terms of both clients and requests for services.
As business expanded, Dr. Hall invited Paul Jones and Robert Ginnett to join the firm as partners thereby increasing the breadth of experience and knowledge of Impact's core team. Paul brings a tremendous background in business and education to Impact which grounds our content in measurable and dynamic business results. During his short tenure with Impact, Robert added his years as a researcher, educator and author in the areas of leadership and high performance teams. Both Paul and Roberts' contributions to Impact have enhanced our ability to serve our clients development needs at the individual, team and organizational levels with a focus on performance.
The firm has sought out and partnered with a host of specialized firms and individuals to expand the reach of its programs and consulting services. The firm now has a cadre of over 100 professional executive coaches and adjunct faculty members poised to deliver services to our expanding client base.
Impact's headquarters is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
