brian-hall-lg.jpgBrian Hall brings 15 years of experience working with a wide variety of Fortune 100 companies and their senior executives as an executive/organizational development consultant and founder of Impact Training and Development, Inc. Providing a full range of organizational and leadership development services, Impact specializes in executive coaching, team building, leadership development, organizational assessment and adventure-based learning programs.

Brian is often asked to deliver keynote addresses such as overcoming hardships to build resilient organizations, building pride within your company, and facing contemporary leadership challenges. His clients include General Motors, Exxon, McCann Erickson International, Times Mirror, Arthur Andersen, NASA, Delta Faucet, National Computer Systems, Zurich North America, JetBlue, Xerox, Prudential and many others.

In addition to his work with Impact Training and Development, he serves as an adjunct faculty trainer, executive coach and research associate with the Center for Creative Leadership.

Dr. Hall’s background brings a depth and breath of unique insights to his work with clients. After accepting a draft into professional baseball, he pursued a career as an Air Force officer. During his 16-year tenure, he served in a variety of roles including commander of an intercontinental nuclear missile flight, as well as baseball coach and faculty member at the United States Air Force Academy. While at USAFA, Brian was a leadership and character development educator, and an associate cadet squadron commander.

His Air Force career included many awards, decorations and recognition. He was a member of a select team establishing the Center for Character Development at the Academy, the first institution of its kind at a service academy. He attained the rank of Major while on active duty, and was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves.

Brian received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the State University of New York at Albany. His academic interests focused on character-based leadership, high performance teams, and executive development. Brian also earned a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University.
