Amy Sabsowitz weaves her corporate and Human Resources background into her many years of experience as an executive coach. She is committed to developing motivated leaders who inspire others. Her goal is to be a strategic partner with executives to help them reach their potential and succeed in their organizations.

Amy has completed a Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University.  She has had many years of study and training in human behavior and corporate culture.  Ms. Sabsowitz has a unique combination of psychological and business experience and is highly skilled at understanding individuals and organizations from a psychological perspective.  She is adept at understanding the function of behavior, thus helping her clients to better understand themselves, their colleagues and their organization.  This enables her clients to gain insight into themselves and others while making choices and decisions that are productive and helpful.  She brings twenty-five years of business experience to pharmaceutical companies, top-ranking universities, health care organizations, non-profits, newspapers, consulting firms and utility corporations.  As a coach, Amy provides a structure for learning as well as a safe place to discuss difficult and confidential subjects.  She has been highly regarded by her clients for her insight, sensitivity and ability to help them accelerate their development through practical, concrete suggestions for improvement.  Her current clients include Johnson & Johnson, Exelon, The University of South Florida, PJM Interconnection, Prudential and others. Amy built a successful career in designing, developing, and marketing Employee Assistance Programs for large corporations including FMC, IBM, Rohm and Haas, The City of Philadelphia, Dow Corning, Main Line Health Inc. and PECO Energy Company.  Amy readily understands issues from the perspectives of both the individual and the organization.  She understands the need to balance business growth and profitability with issues relating to personal satisfaction and development.  She has specialized in a variety of interventions to help individuals and leaders succeed at work and has provided professional development programs on management skills as well as personal life skills for employees.   Amy has three children and she enjoys bicycling, gardening and cooking for family and friends. She resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
