 Alice Pescuric is an organizational development consultant who brings to her clients a wealth of experience as a business unit manager, human resources professional, facilitator and executive coach. Alice began her career in the fast paced, competitive world of retailing where her responsibilities included Director of Training, Director of Executive Development and Director of Succession Planning. After 10 years in retailing, Alice joined Development Dimensions International (DDI), a world leader in Human Resources consulting.
Alice successfully led several of DDI’s business units and served as a senior vice president and officer of the company. While with DDI, Alice spearheaded the management and launch of over 20 new products including award-winning initiatives in the areas of leadership and executive development. She also drove the use of advanced electronic delivery technologies including a highly innovative intranet-based leadership support system. She is currently an independent consultant focusing on leadership and organizational development, executive coaching, and group process facilitation. In additional to a strong focus on the customer, Alice brings to her clients business and management expertise, sound judgment and a practical approach to ensuring results.
Alice has supported and consulted with clients in manufacturing, defense, technology, insurance/ financial services, healthcare and the pharmaceutical sectors. Her client engagements includes organizations such as Lockheed Martin, MSA (Mine Safety Appliances), Fifth Third Bank, Halliburton, Hewlett Packard, GSK (Glaxo Smith Kline) Merck, Astra Zeneca, the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Transitions Optical. Her leadership, management, group facilitation and executive coaching expertise provide the insight, perspective, and experience necessary to achieve her clients’ desired objectives and business results. Alice is an adjunct faculty member and coach for Right Management Inc. and continues a long term relationship of adjunct assignments with Development Dimensions International (DDI) where she was recently the project manager of a global executive development curriculum. Her travels have taken her to work with clients in Canada, England, Germany, Israel, Italy, Singapore, South Africa, Spain and Sweden.
Alice holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh. She holds certifications in Behavioral Assessment, the Hogan executive personality profiles and various coaching programs. She has sales certifications in Miller Heiman's Strategic Selling course and Large Account Management Processes (LAMP), Huthwaite's SPIN Selling, and SPIN Coaching, and the IMPAX sales processes. She is a member of the Greater Pittsburgh Coaches Association and does volunteer coaching for the CORO Women in Leadership program. She resides in Pittsburgh Pa. where she enjoys horseback riding and is an avid golfer.
