Don is principal of Gunther Leadership, a consulting
business that provides solutions for improving organizational effectiveness. Client solutions include executive
coaching, behavioral assessments, team building and experiential learning. With over 25 years of experience, Don
offers a unique blend of organizational development, management experience,
functional business knowledge, and consulting skills. The client list includes the American Academy of
Dermatology, BP, Chico's FAS, Dell, FMC Technologies, North Carolina
Biotechnology Center, Reliant Energy and Waste Management.
Leigh Kearney is the founder and President of Osprey Leadership Consulting, Inc. She has 20 years experience serving senior executives in leadership development, assessment for selection and development, executive coaching, and team facilitation.
James L. Krug, Ph.D. is the founder and president of Advanced Performance Group Inc. Jim’s expertise in leadership and organizational development, human resource management, and strategy formation is based on extensive practical experience and research. He was the co-founder and President of two successful start-up companies and has held senior management positions at a Fortune 100 international engineering company.
Dede Osborn is a leadership specialist working in organizations struggling with change and multi-cultural complexity and the principal of Salamana Associates. During the 15 years she lived in Mexico, she co-founded Tecnología Administratíva Moderna (TEAM, SC), a training and consulting organization which provides leadership training and assessment for development, in Spanish, for Latin American executives. This experience provided the opportunity to work throughout Latin America and provided the database for numerous research articles on Latin American leadership styles.
Alice Pescuric is an organizational development consultant who brings to her clients a wealth of experience as a business unit manager, human resources professional, facilitator and executive coach. Alice began her career in the fast paced, competitive world of retailing where her responsibilities included Director of Training, Director of Executive Development and Director of Succession Planning. After 10 years in retailing, Alice joined Development Dimensions International (DDI), a world leader in Human Resources consulting.

Greg has twenty years of experience teaching, training, managing, and
facilitating leadership development and improvement programs for a variety of
public and private organizations.
Sue Kennedy is principal of SMKConsulting Group a Leadership Coaching and Organizational Development consulting consortium working with leaders in the development and implementation of a plan for change. She is a member of the Adjunct faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership and serves as a Senior Consultant for Discovery Learning, Inc. in Greensboro NC.
Dr. William H. Morley is President of the executive consulting firm ExCL Group. He and his associates have backgrounds in business and operations management specializing in: executive assessment, executive leadership and team development, executive coaching, executive meeting facilitation, management succession planning, and career and talent management.
