Impact Leadership Development Group was created from a vision for engaging, action-oriented learning programs and executive coaching for organizations committed to development and growth. It is our belief that long-term learning partnerships with our clients capitalizes on unique insights held by each organization. As a result, we are able to create meaningful outcomes anchored in measurable, bottom-line driven results.

It is our firm belief that no organizational development professional can provide meaningful coaching or learning curricula without first gaining an in-depth understanding of the organization's history and specific needs. As a result, we do not offer "canned," off the shelf programs, but rather create custom development interventions for each client based upon a thorough Development Framework Design process.
